Add the following to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cool and strain into a gin glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and lime wedges.

- 75ml Apple Juice
- 25ml Elderflower Syrup
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Nelsons No. 7 Gin is my favourite Gin and there is always a bottle in my cupboard. What is even better, is that Nelsons Gin is made in my home County of Staffordshire, So it is a pleasure for me to support a local business like Nelsons Gin!
