Shipping policy

1. Shipping Process
   Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 24 hours and shipped out using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. A tracking number will be provided in your processed order confirmation email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
   

2. Shipping Costs
   Nelson's offers standard shipping at a cost of £8.99.
   

3. Click & Collect
   For your convenience, we also offer a Click & Collect option. Click & Collect orders can be picked up between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 2:00 pm can be collected on the same day, allowing you to enjoy your purchase without delay.
   

4. Click & Collect Costs
