Refund policy

Returns 
Nelson's does not offer returns or refunds on items sold in-store or online, including E-Gift Certificates and E-Gift Cards.

Exchanges
Nelson's accepts exchanges in-store within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and the item must be unopened and unused.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photographic evidence if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- If the item is damaged, we will issue a replacement ASAP (must include photographic evidence).
- If the package has been rejected, we cannot issue a replacement until we receive the rejected goods.
- If the item is incorrect, we will organise a pre-paid returns label for the incorrect item and send out a replacement once the goods are returned.

Gin, Vodka & Rum School / Tour Talk & Taste
Experience Gift Certificates / Vouchers and direct bookings of Nelson’s Gin, Vodka & Rum School and Tour, Talk & Taste are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates / Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are void thereafter.

Nelson's implements a strict 48-hour policy on all experiences. Any person wishing to move or amend their booking must contact us up to 48 hours before the event or incur a fee. Changes made before the 48-hour policy will not be charged.

- Talk & Taste admin fee = £10  
- Gin & Vodka School admin fee = £25

Those who wish to cancel altogether, do not redeem a Gift Certificate / Voucher, or fail to attend will subsequently forfeit their experience with no refund.

Gift Certificates / Vouchers that are still valid can be extended for a further 3 months but will incur an admin fee. Gift Certificates / Vouchers that have expired and are within a 3-month period of the expiry date may be extended at Nelson's discretion for a fee of 50% of the experience face value. Gift Certificates / Vouchers past the 3-month period are non-extendable and considered void.

Please note, experiences cannot be exchanged for goods or a cash value.
