We're taking you on a nostalgic trip back to your childhood days with our Rhubarb & Custard Delight. This delightful mix features our Nelson's Rhubarb & Custard Gin, promising a treat that's both familiar and refreshingly new.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 50ml of Nelson's Rhubarb & Custard Gin
  • 25ml of Monin rhubarb puree
  • 15ml of Advocaat
  • Lemonade
  • Rhubarb ribbons and fresh mint for garnish
  • A cocktail shaker
  • A highball glass
  • Cubed ice

Let's get shaking:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Pour in the 50ml of Nelson's Rhubarb & Custard Gin, 25ml of Monin rhubarb puree, and 15ml of Advocaat into the shaker.

  3. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cool to the touch and the ingredients are well combined. 

  4. Strain into a chilled highball glass.

  5. Top with lemonade.

  6. Garnish with ribbons of rhubarb and a sprig of fresh mint.
