London Dry Ginuary Week 1: Nelson's London Dry No.7
Nelson's London Dry No.7, crafted by founder and chef Neil Harrison, is a masterpiece of 27 flavours. Centred around juniper, it offers a unique blend of woody spice and citrus, with a creamy palate and unique aromatic spices. Neil perfected this recipe at a Gin School not dissimilar to our own, distilling seven gins in seven sessions over three years. The name 'No.7' reflects this process. The same 27-botanical recipe forms the foundation for our award-winning Timur Gin and Rhubarb & Custard Gin.
