With its award-winning No.7 base, we further infuse rose and blend with a natural raspberry essence to create a smooth balanced finish. The taste is sweet without being sugary or confectionary but still has that defining earthy note of juniper. The hint of pink peppercorn at the ends adds warmth and subtle spice without damaging the delicate flavour of the spirit.

Nose:
Noticeable notes of juniper softened by the gentle scent of rose.

Palate:
Exceptionally smooth, beginning with a subtle rose flavour that seamlessly melds with sweet raspberry notes, culminating in a light and balanced profile.

Finish:

Add 25ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, and ½ egg white or 15ml aquafaba. Shake well until foamy, add ice, then shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with freeze-dried raspberries and dried rose petals.
