The Cherry Blossom
Add 50ml of Roy Wood’s Cherry Blossom Gin, 15ml of Cherry Blossom Vermouth, 15ml of lime juice, and a tablespoon of cherry jam to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until cool, then double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with dried petals.

I have been a Roy Wood fan since the early '70s when I first saw him on Top of the Pops and I have seen him in concert many times. I am over the moon that I received a signed bottle of the Cherry Blossom Gin and I know it will taste delicious because Roy is a perfectionist. I like the black bottle and I think the artwork on the label is beautiful. I will treasure it forever.
