Strawberry Delight

Add the following to a blender, and blend until smooth. Strain into a chilled martini glass then garnish with a fresh slice of strawberry and a sprinkle of pink peppercorns.

- 50ml S&PP Gin
- 15ml crème de cacao 
- 10ml sugar syrup 
- Pouring cream 
- Ice
