Join us Friday 24th March live on Facebook for Nelson’s Cocktail Masterclass hosted by founder and Master Distiller – Neil Harrison.
We’ll be creating 2 cocktails using two different Nelson's Gins. Our first cocktail features our classic multi-award-winning London Dry No.7 and our second includes our spring special edition Rose & Raspberry Gin. At 41% abv this gin isn't sugary sweet like typical raspberry gins but offers a subtle delicate sweetness from the natural raspberry syrup added after distillation.

You will need:
Bees Knees
Glass: Cocktail coupe
Serves 1
- 50ml Nelson's London Dry No.7
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- Egg white
- Cubed ice
- Lemon for garnish
Add the gin, lemon juice, honey and egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cool to touch then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Serve with a lemon twist garnish.

Serves 1
- 50ml Nelson's Rose & Raspberry Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml raspberry syrup
- Egg white
- Cubed ice
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Add the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cool to touch then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with three fresh raspberries on a cocktail stick.
