Cocktail Masterclass Friday 17th March 2023

Join us Friday 17^th March live on Facebook for Nelson’s Cocktail Masterclass hosted by founder and Master Distiller – Neil Harrison.

We’ll be crafting cocktails using our signature London Dry No.7. The first gin Neil ever produced and the secret recipe that forms the base to all Nelson’s core gins.

Order by 2 pm Wednesday 15^th March to ensure delivery by Friday or visit our on-site shop at our distillery in Uttoxeter. Unit 5a Grindley Business Village, ST18 0LR.

You will need:

Pink Floyd
Glass: Martini
Serves 1

50ml Nelson’s London Dry No.7
25ml Cointreau
25ml Cranberry juice
25ml Fresh lime juice
2tbsp Pimm’s liqueur
Superfine sugar
Lemon for garnish
Crushed ice

Add the gin, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice, Pimm’s and sugar to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cool to touch then strain the mix into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Serves 1

50ml Nelson’s London Dry No. 7
25ml Cucumber, basil & cardamom syrup
25ml Fresh lemon juice
50ml Club soda
Cubed ice
Cucumber for ribbon garnish
Dried rose petals for garnish

Add the gin, syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cool to touch then strain the mix into a brandy glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with cucumber ribbons and dried rose petals.
